Design principles
- Raw data over composite scores. The reasoning engine sees source values with human-readable annotations, not pre-cooked composites.
- Defense in depth. LLM reasoning is followed by independent rule-based validation, then structural risk checks, then a human tap. Any single layer can fail without the system failing.
- Complete audit by construction. Every brokerage-API mutation is intent/outcome-recorded to an append-only ledger. A static-analysis test enforces the invariant.
- No silent defaults. Configuration is loaded with hard-fail loaders. A missing variable crashes at boot, not silently after four hours in production.
- Separate whether from when. Two independent reasoning loops. One decides whether. A second decides when.
What this is
